Your First Visit

We want your first visit to our office to be a pleasant and informative experience. Our team of professionals is ready to assist you with your periodontal needs and address your questions and concerns.

Your first visit consists of the following procedures:

  1. Determining the reason for your visit
  2. Reviewing your medical history
  3. A cancer screening of your mouth
  4. Three part periodontal exam
    1. Tooth mobility
    2. Checking the nature and extent of your periodontal issues
    3. Evaluating your bite
  5. Developing the best treatment plan which takes into account:
    1. Patient needs/wishes
    2. Patient health
    3. Length of treatment
    4. Treatment comfort
    5. Treatment cost

To save time at your first visit, we recommend that you download and print our registration forms below and complete them prior to your appointment.
